A & G Engagement Photos

Good afternoon everyone,

Last weekend we had a great time taking engagement photos of A & G.

82 mm, 1/250 sec at f / 5.0, ISO 100

116 mm, 1/250 sec at f / 3.3, ISO 100

98 mm, 1/250 sec at f / 3.5, ISO 100

130 mm, 1/250 sec at f / 3.5, ISO 100

130 mm, 1/250 sec at f / 3.5, ISO 100

We all had a good laugh when Michelle was showing the couple how and where to set up when G really got into the moment :-)

Gold Fish and Photoshop

Michelle took this photo this past weekend. A great shot of a very large gold fish but the sediment really distracts and gets in the way. But…with a little help from Photoshop…

Parking Garages Can Be Fun Too!

Now this was a fun shoot! The ladies were great to work with and all we used was a parking garage for the back drop, a Nikon D2x and a single detached SB-800 flash, bounced off a white umbrella.

No flash was used for these shots. Just the natural light coming from around the top corner of the parking garage. The camera settings were; ISO 100, 110 mm lens, F3.0 and hand held at 1/20 second shutter speed. (You have to love those VR lens :-)

Karaoke and the 70's

Somehow we found ourselves at a “70’s” theme party. Much fun was had by all (despite the karaoke :-)

Family Portrait

We had a shoot with a very nice family a couple of weeks ago. All shot with a Nikon D2x with two Nikon SB-800 flash units, detached at 45 degree angles.
